Burj Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It is 2,684 feet. The north tower of the WTC stood at 1,368 feet and the south at 1,362 feet for comparison.

Dubai is a horrible place for the working man.

^True. In particular, Indian or Sri Lankan working men. Every other motherfucker has a dope house and a fucking private gate. My wife has a good friend that lived there last year because her husband was working there for an airline or something. They had some nice digs for no reason, and she was like "I'm moving back to Philly" Hahha.

There's something in the wiki article about them using southeast Asian labor and paying them shit as there are no labor laws there. Scummy motherfuckers but still some fascinating architecture.

Even the lowliest McDonald's job is on a contract in Dubai.
