to be perfectly honest, i don't have anything against him.
i do, however, find the way people use social networking sites FASCINATING. myspace is different from fb which is different from twitter which is
different from linkedin. on myspace, it's easier for a band to get in touch with an individual directly, but there seems to be far more actual
interaction once that connection has been made on fb.
dude's trying to promote his band 'page'...
and that can be kind of hard to do w/o a personal 'profile'.
so he sends friend requests to people he thinks might be interested...
then starts trying to get his band page in front of them.
