Thorp Board Gift Exchange?

Anyone wanna do something like this? Like a secret santa for the Thorp board members... Might work... Just setup like some guidelines like under $10.00 or somthing, only board members with so many posts can do it, etc...

we do this every year over on the Hank III board....been doing it for several years now. It always works out well. Around 40 or so people participate.
I've gotten some really cool stuff.

To participate:

You send me a pm with your name and address. Feel free to include likes and dislikes, shirt size, sock size, etc. Not everyone likes glass bowls and satanic posters.
I dig stickers and sparkly things. This has not changed.

On Thanksgiving night, we'll put all the names in a hat and draw them out to be matched up with another board member. That board member will get a different name.
I'll send you a Private Message letting you know who your 'victim' is. It'll have their name/address and likes/dislikes if any. Some people like to be surprised and I'll get pm's asking for ideas but just get neat stuff, make stuff that you think is cool, fun stuff from where you live, let your creativity out. Or stick to what they have listed, if any.
Gift cards don't count. Everyone might not have that store where they live.
The limit to spend (or make worth) is $25.00. That's not to include postage. If you mail out it in time it won't cost extra. You can get a lot of shit in those Priority boxes from the post office at a decent price.
And please don't wait till 2 days before Christmas to mail it overnight.
So between now and at least December 18th, shop for fun things, build something, paint, decorate, sew, anything that equals at least $25.
Some people do go over that limit and that's cool but try to least get to it.
Important...please don't sign up to participate if you plan on bailing out at the last minute. Some, I mean most, people get a kick out of ridiculing you for the next year. And I always feel really bad for those who go out of their way and get nothing in return.

Can't this just be like old Thorp board mix CD swaps? Even if you don't have the cash to drop, you can just post it online and a download link, so it's free. If people can/want to mail something, cool. But if not, you can still give a free gift online and participate (and not feel left out).

Yeah, this is not meant to replace the thorp mix cd thing, just somthing else.

The details Spoiler posted up are right along the lines of what I was thinking but with a smaller budget such as $10 mark, not $25.
