I need to upgrade but I don't want to. I still use version 2.0.0.20 so half the sites I visit won't work properly. I just never liked any of the new
version 3's.clevohardcore - 12-20-2009 at 10:49 PM
had it for a year and a half. Awesome. DaveMoral - 12-20-2009 at 10:52 PM
Over at bleepingcomputer.com word has it that Firefox is the browser of choice for the writers of malware. Why? Because it's open source.
I've only gotten hit with viruses since switching to Firefox. That's mostly my fault, but I never got like this on IE. IE is just a shit browser.
Period. Right now my PC is unusable as it needs a serious cleaning and probably a total reformat and reinstall of the operating system.Jason the Magnificent - 12-21-2009 at 07:10 AM
What sites are you guys going to that give you these viruses? I've been using Firefox and Thunderbird for years and don't have any problems with pop
ups viruses or any of that nonsense.Spoiler - 12-25-2009 at 02:02 PM

They've been sneaking viruses and malware into ads. Some on fully legit sites like Google's doubleclick and what not. Nasty business.SHAKO KEN - 12-27-2009 at 12:39 PM
