This was a recording project with Mike Mahoney (ex-b4b) and Craig Silverman (Only Living Witness). They recorded music and had a different singer for
every song, with guys from various hardcore, metal and punk bands. I did one song, its the first one. The whole CD is available for free download. I
think it was a project done just for fun. The more I listen the more I like it. I think it was a great idea and a cool project. I thought some of you
might be interested in it.
Oh..... disclaimer. I have no knowledge of any of this, I don't know the people involved and I don't have an opinion on the matter. Just passing on
the links someone sent me. ChadBeantown - 12-29-2009 at 01:19 PM
I don't really have an opinion on it either. I have just been reading about this for the last week and figured I would pass it on!! I am interested to
see how everything works out though.ShawnRefuse - 12-29-2009 at 01:27 PM
I enjoy the songs. I loved Thunderhog too. I think it's just a feud between two people (who both of which I respect). It's at least giving it some
publicity.
I do not know the whole story either, nor do I want to really. But the end product is good, and it is making for good interwebs reading.Ed - 12-29-2009 at 02:14 PM
I had no idea this was going on, just read that blog you posted.Mark Lind - 12-29-2009 at 02:42 PM
Mike's blog response makes a lot of sense to me. stateofdisgrace - 12-29-2009 at 02:51 PM
This sounds great. Voices in My Headtireironsaint - 12-29-2009 at 04:58 PM
I really like the song Ed sings on, there were a couple others that sounded fairly good, but most of those vocalists kill it for me. Voices In My Head
makes me want a new Welch Boys album!random - 12-29-2009 at 05:26 PM
That's an awful lot of credit-sharing on Mahoney's part if he's trying to steal songs. There are only two songs where there's no overlap on alleged
authors. I just mean the "music by" part, not the vocals.
