Thanks, Quincy Jones, for settling the argument on whether or not the music gene pool has been pooped in recently. That's no candy bar.

clevohardcore - 2-14-2010 at 03:03 AM

O FUCK. WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT? FUCK!

clevohardcore - 2-14-2010 at 03:05 AM

That could possibly be the most fucking annoying piece of shit music ever. That was painful. How do you take a subject of helping people in need and destroying that premise with some fucked up self loathing song sung by tools? That was just terrible.

wez138 - 2-14-2010 at 10:51 AM

Wow thats amazing,it was really good.

Shits all over live-aid and live-8.

Please give as much as you can to those fat over privliged self-serving over idolised peices of shit "artist".

CR83 - 2-14-2010 at 11:15 AM

I thought it was terrible. They also included footage of Michael Jackson and had Janet in the same frame. Brutal. All of it is just brutal.

Discipline - 2-14-2010 at 12:17 PM

That trainwreck was even worse than the first one.

clevohardcore - 2-14-2010 at 12:29 PM

At least the first one you can almost feel emotion. It had a purpose this is the Jacksons and Quincy jsut trying to raise money and capitalize off Michael.

barc0debaby - 2-14-2010 at 12:31 PM

Yo niggaz Lil Wayne says drink some motherfuckin syrup for Haiti

MikeResist - 2-14-2010 at 01:55 PM

Auto tuning. That's all I have to say. Sad day for music.

Mark Lind - 2-14-2010 at 02:25 PM

The auto tuning is used as a deliberate effect. It's a terrible sign of the times.

The first version of this song was recorded in its entirety over the course of a few hours. It probably took more than that amount of time for them to track the T Pain part on this. Some of these singers are looked at as goofy now but there is no question about the vocal talents of people like Darryl Hall, Steve Perry, Huey Lewis, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Kenny Rogers, Cindy Lauper, Michael Jackson,Bruce Springsteen, Dionne Warwick etc. They nailed that first tune like it was second nature.

JawnDiablo - 2-14-2010 at 04:04 PM

i heard about this.
i refuse to watch it or hear it.
not just becasue i am on my dad's 15 year old PC over his place cause I'm over his place and it takes a year to load, but more so cause if i wanna listen to total shit i will go in the bathroom and bring me a book.

^^^^^^^^ A men to that brother. The above artists actually sang it. Not to mention had the ability. When Jackson put that shit together it was corny, but that was Jackson. Dude, thought on that wave length. A song could change the world. If it were only that simple. Life is more complicated then that holmes. Now they have gone and hijacked that song and decimated it. And what is with that dude who was like yelping and coughing or whatever? Was that the dude from Fugees? I know your from Haiti but bro at least sing on that piece of crap.

Finally, why didn't this come out during September 11th or the Sunami a few years back or Hurricane Katrina? What makes Haiti that much more important?

JawnDiablo - 2-15-2010 at 03:32 PM
