Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

shirt design (and laminate) for my friends sons birthday party

XHonusWagnerX - 3-21-2010 at 12:12 AM

My friends son is turning 5 in a couple of months and he wants to have a 'Rock & Roll' themed birthday party. They are gonna set up a band in the garage and have some other music related stuff. He 'kinda' plays drums (but hes only 5) so he came up with a name for his band and I did a laminate design that they are gonna use as invitations.

I also did a Tshirt design that I'm gonna do as a surprise for the kids and a few other people at the party.

Monty was a HUGE help with the logo because my photoshop skills are not really that great in most cases.

Heres the stuff... let me know what you think... good... bad... suggestions....

thanks guys... the laminate as an invitation was actually my friends wifes idea and then with some help from Monty on the logo I designed the whole thing. The shirt was just my idea and I came up the the idea for the back. I'm a big fan of the tour dates on the back... all the funny places.

Thanks!!
