"Don't want to get hit don't stand in the front, cry when you do your nothing but a cunt. "

Absolutely agree, and one of all my all time favorite bands.

Psyched i am getting to see them friday night at United Blood.

face value

mattybar - 3-25-2010 at 05:23 AM

can't get into these guys on record but i seen them twice now and both times they blew me away.
the singer is a very chill dude as well.

BKT - 3-25-2010 at 11:14 AM

I was a big fan of their first two albums and had the pleasure of seeing them live once and they were amazing. After the second record they have not done too much that has kept my interest.

BKT.

I would agree Last Dayz and Peace & Security are the best albums i like all their stuff but Peace & Security is my personal favorite.

The Lost at Sea EP they put out in 2009 is really good and worth checking out.

The first time I saw/heard Death Threat was at Hellfest 2003, they played a wicked set and I picked up the split they did with Over My Dead Body, after that got caught up on anything they had done before that too.
Always liked them since then and still think they are good, and on top of it, awesome guys, especially Aaron, he cooks a mean Grilled Monkfish at the bar he chefs at!

I used to really like them, but not so much these days. It's not a good sign for a band that their best song has guest vocals from people outside the band, in Death Threat's case the song with Rob and Buddha from B4B.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man." The Dude

Last Days and peace and Security are solid...the rest is boring.

Too many songs about "hardcore". I hate when bands have lyrics like "hardcore this and hardcore that...hardcore helped me live hardcore in a hardcore way with my hardcore friends and this hardcore life".

You were my friend, until you betrayed me, I went and cried because that is what loyalty means.

Hardcore has gotta be the most blatantly gay genre of music out there.

hahahahah I also hate songs about unity, pride, your crew, and being all things hardcore.......put the dog to sleep already

clevohardcore - 3-26-2010 at 12:49 PM

"HARDCORE IS A WAY OF LIFE. ME AND MY FRIEND, ALWASY SIDE BY SIDE."

I think the correct form would be My friend and I.

DaveMoral - 3-26-2010 at 12:53 PM

The last half of this thread has been pure comedy.

lifeisabitch - 3-26-2010 at 02:08 PM

hardcore bands write homo songs
country guys...about trucks, dogs, and heartbreak
rappers... bitches drugs and killing mother fuckers
metal... slaying dragons, whores and being metal
rockabilly... see country

please add more

Vanilla Gorilla - 3-29-2010 at 10:06 AM

saw them at United Blood Fest in Richmond VA on Friday night and the place went off such a good set. Madball headlined saturday and were really good. One thing i liked about the fest was that most sets were 20 minutes and the headliners were like 30 to 35 all the bands were good.

if any of you guys haven't checked out Rival Mob give them a listen they are really good.

You forgot vampire girls, shitty hot rods, shitty horror movies from the 30 years ago that no one gives a fuck about, gay zombies.

JawnDiablo - 3-29-2010 at 12:53 PM

ZOMBIES ARE NOT GAY.

lifeisabitch - 3-29-2010 at 02:24 PM

zombies do eat a lot of meat...
and each other
possibly gay, or bi

JawnDiablo - 3-29-2010 at 02:34 PM

never.
i had another zombie dream the other night.
shit out of 28 days later bt on rt 30 in PA
but it was as if the zombies and the living were living side by side like a mixed neighborhodd of undead and not undead.....
weird

lifeisabitch - 3-29-2010 at 03:21 PM

Fido?

JawnDiablo - 3-29-2010 at 03:26 PM

not quite like that but i see what you mean.
like driving thru the hood at night and feeling eyeballs on ya but feelin safer cause youre in your car with the doors locked....like the zombies werent gonna fuck ya up, but they were letting you know you were on their turf.
this was kind of a post apocolyptic setting and partial present day.
must have been the Herrs cheese curls i ate before bed.

lifeisabitch - 3-29-2010 at 04:07 PM

so we are talking zombie gang warfare
the "bloods" for real
you've lived in philly too long man that shit is starting to get to you

JawnDiablo - 3-29-2010 at 07:00 PM
