Yeah, you know I dig those bands, I was just talking about Slade with one of my roommates and he was drooling over my Rose Tattoo records not too long before that.

thumbs WAY up for those bands. I want to do a band REAL bad that is something like Rose Tattoo with a hardcore edge to it.

Yeah, I can see the influence in both of those bands from this style. Fuck, I need to go listen to my Easy Action record, I haven't played that in a while.

slade rocks, that's all

newbreedbrian - 6-7-2005 at 11:27 PM

the venue was in soho, can't remember the name off hand. two floors with a balcony. im guessin roughly 500 people were there although it's been awhile now and my memory sucks. they were fucking incredible, angry is seriously one of the best frontmen ever. nice mix of songs with lots of early stuff stretched out into longer jams. the place fucking exploded for rock'n'roll is king. i almost got kicked out for droppin some guy that was fucking with my g/f at the time. fantastic night.

newbreedbrian - 6-7-2005 at 11:28 PM
