I was thinking Hot Topic but they only seem to have kids shirts, no accessories.

Best bet is to hit up a craft store. That's what my wife does when making stuff for the kids. Either that or she finds what she wants at a thrift shop and makes whatever modifications are necessary.

Should be able to get some kind of leather belt at the trhift store, cut to size and add the studs you get at a craft store. Not only is the kid the coolest around, it's someething you can do together and they won't forget.

Hope it helps.

that's pretty much what I did. Found a couple of kids belts and took the studs off of an adult belt. Made 2 kids belts from 1 adult belt and still had enough to outline the rim of a hoody. Kids gotta look good ya know.

Also try Claire's. I know they have three stores at Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro, and one or two at Providence place. Hell, Hot Topic likes to do the kids' punk clothing thing, you might try there as well.
