Today, more than two-thirds of states now have adult obesity rates above 25 percent

Go to a neighborhood pool. Look at the kids. Majority of them are chubby. It is so sad. I was at our neighborhood swim meet last week. I'd say 8
out 10 kids were overweight. It was a shame to see so many heavy kids. At least they were exercising but then they choke down a gatorade, some candy
or some other shit food right after being in just one race. Yep, swimming just one lap.
