Well we are an unsigned band as of now, the cd will be a demo, 3 or 4 songs. We will have shirts at the Oct 3rd show in NYC as well. Oct 3rd is shaping up to be the first TLS show.

The cd demo is going to be LIMITED to a few hundred at the most...since not to many people buy cds these days.

Update - there will be only 500 cds made EVER! 4 tracks.
A fifth track was recorded, but we are saving it for an impending 7" of all of the tracks.

The TLS t-shirts are being made...we will have them at the NYC show on 10.3.10 as well as at the 2 SHUTDOWN shows prior on 10.1 in Albany and 10.2 in NJ!

Most likely. I don't like to put them for pre-order until I get the test presses approved. Nothing worse than pre-ordering from a label and then waiting months for the record to come out. I'll post back once the pre-orders go up.

Got the TEST PRESSES today....thank goodness for test presses...the song order got screwed up! HA!

BUT, there are 10 of these bad boys with cool STATE OF ALERT rip off covers that have the wrong song order.

SO, a few will be auctioned off by 1124 soon and the $ for them will go to an animal shelter in PA.
