I only like Keith on "Group Sex" and "Wild In The Streets" with the Circle Jerks...I thought he was too weak for 'Flag,and never hit his stride 'til he left.On "Group Sex",he sounds PISSED OFF.On ""Nervous Breakdown",he sounds like he needs a nap.Granted,I also believe that the 2 CJ Lp's that I mentioned are THE ONLY ONE'S WOTH MENTIONING...Anything after that pretty much was crap,for me anyways...

thats a fair opinion, I understand it. I always loved Keith until I saw him with the crazy dreads and the weird round glasses. I actually like all 4 Black Flag singers, but I think that even though Damaged is amazing, Henry is my least favorite.

When Henry first joined the band - It was friggin' AMAZING.

The band had been doing it for what seemed like forever,back then...But,when they got Henry...It was friggin' ON!!!

'Saw them everytime when he first joined (granted,I may have missed a few "secret'/last minute gigs)...He really brought it,back then...'Not gonna "talk shit" about what happened/transpired with the band over the years.They worked HARDER that any band,TO THS DAY...I just wasn't into the drone-y/jam stuff they wanted to do.I could understand why they wanted to "expand" (if,that's the correct term)..But,it just didn't do anything for me...I gave it a shot,wanted to like it...But,just not up my alley.

I like everything in their discography.
Loose Nut is one of the first "punk" tapes I had and Damaged is definitely the first "hardcore" record I got when I bought it off some dust head in the late 80s

i agree with paul about the later flag stuff except i do like the my war record
after that i'm not really into it except a few songs here and there
