mattybar - 9-14-2010 at 06:54 AM

Take a vacation somewhere you have never been before.

REV.PAULIE - 9-14-2010 at 07:36 AM

Oh,nigra,PLEEZ!!!!

I was honing my shoplifting skills when you were still floating around in Ma's belly!!!

You're not getting "old",unless you want to.

I look at it as getting OLDER.

A lot of people that I've known/know (as well as everyone elese on here) and love aint doing that, right now.

Good on you,Mo...

Six66Mike - 9-14-2010 at 08:40 AM

I did 30 almost a month ago now, haven't noticed any change :P I'm still fat & easily annoyed, short tempered and a big whiny cunt.

tireironsaint - 9-14-2010 at 08:43 AM

I turned 38 last month, I really don't have any sympathy for you.

JawnDiablo - 9-14-2010 at 09:04 AM

30's nothing.
I think my 30s have been better than my 20s
I'm headed for 36 in a week

ShawnRefuse - 9-14-2010 at 09:37 AM

welcome to the bend.

JawnDiablo - 9-14-2010 at 09:39 AM

most of us here are 30 plus I think.
old enough to know what sucks

lifeisabitch - 9-14-2010 at 11:33 AM

30 was easy it's the almost 40 that has me worried

SS76 - 9-14-2010 at 12:49 PM

so far my 30's have been identical to my 20's. Life keeps getting better and better.

Discipline - 9-14-2010 at 12:54 PM

30 isn't a big deal. I've never understood why people freak out about it. I'll be 34 in a couple of months and it doesn't bug me.

Dave - 9-14-2010 at 02:03 PM

I turned 37 ten days ago, no biggy.

I had issues turning 30, or maybe it was just the shitty day i had. (we played Lee's Palace In T.O., it was crappy...)

spyderdog - 9-14-2010 at 02:22 PM

like a month after i turned 30 i completely started falling apart

im scared as hell for 40

welcome to the end my friend

Johnny_Whistle - 9-14-2010 at 02:41 PM

I was okay turning 40 until my girlfriend started calling me Elmer. I turned 41 this year and I'm okay with it.

morgan - 9-14-2010 at 05:11 PM

Just turned 21 a few months ago and my body is already falling apart. It'll be a miracle if I live to see 30.

JawnDiablo - 9-14-2010 at 05:21 PM

30s easy.
ya just gotta stay on top of things.
not that I did, but 36 is gonna be a comeback year for me....watch

random - 9-14-2010 at 05:35 PM

Just stay in Baltimore. You got dudes at 37 doing the same shit they were doing at 17. See, maybe growing up and getting old aren't so bad! :bouncy:

Spoiler - 9-14-2010 at 06:30 PM

this November I turn 39.
besides going bald and getting fat, nothing else much has changed with me.
I just really hate it when teenagers call me sir...I don't know why it bothers me,it just does.

necrobutcher - 9-14-2010 at 06:49 PM

Enjoy the important things in life.

Watch pornography
Yell at kids to get off your lawn/get a goddamned haircut
Drink wine/scotch/bourbon
Eat Mexican food

^ this.

i just wanted advice, no one wants to get older

and yes, most of the baltimore dudes are old. but can still move like their 16.

DaveMoral - 9-15-2010 at 11:45 PM

I'll be 31 in October. I'm telling you right now, the easiest cure for the "I'm old blues" at this age is to watch more UFC and MMA shit. Hell, old fashioned boxing for that matter. Most of those guys are 30-35 and can run circles around you and kick your ass 10 times over.

We got no excuse. If you feel old it's cuz you think and act old. Get your shit together and move!

Fighters usually don't hit their prime until that age. You might be a few steps slower then when you were 23, but strength is the last thing to go.

If you are really feeling that old go get signed up for a BJJ class, we have alot old fogies at my school that can whoop my ass and I am a bundle of youthful energy.

Colin - 9-16-2010 at 12:38 AM

I'm 26, I have 40 year old friends who still go to shows, tattoo, skate, get hammered, whatever, as well as hold down jobs & homes, so I'm not too worried. They all still live life like I did when I was 17, except they don't make a living washing dishes, & have a little bit of savings to show. It's Part of what's appealing about punk rock. If you play your cards right you'll be in you're 40's seeing old ex-goodlooking schoolmates being fat, sad, & unfulfilled & used up, & hopefully you'll still be having fun....besides, no one respects you 'till your 30

3rdDistrict - 9-17-2010 at 06:43 AM

i dont like mma/ufc stuff
my idea of fun isnt watching a bunch of dudes roll around for 20 mins... step out onto south broadway at 2am, get drunk, and watch at least a dozen fights in person for free.

DaveMoral - 9-17-2010 at 12:00 PM

^Not really the point. Point is, you're not old!
