couple things...
it say you have to enter your email address in order to vote, but it seems to let you vote w/o entering it. also, it looks like you can vote as many times as you want...just reload the page and vote again. is that right, or is it just me?

I would assume that it will only count once per e-mail. I didn't even get an e-mail telling us about it. Just stumbled upon it.

Well that's silly. They did an open calling for recommendations for who to even nominate. The vast majority of bands I saw in that Facebook thread ended up on the ballot. Now their opinion accounts for 2/3 of the results? Pfft.
