In their few short years of existence MODERN LIFE IS WAR have grown to become one of the most inspiring punk/hardcore bands in recent memory. Their
debut album, "My Love. My Way" (Martyr 2003), crossed boundaries and won the support of the community with it's unwavering passion and sincerity.
Appealing to everyone from the jaded to the driven with their immeasurable heart and vigor.
The new album from MODERN LIFE IS WAR, "Witness", was recorded and engineered by Kurt Ballou (Converge) at God City Studios in Salem MA. "Witness" is
not only musical progression for the band, but arguably true artistic perfection. "Witness" is their true story of real life struggle in contemporary
rural America. As importantly, "Witness" is also their artistic journey into the soul of personal rebellion. An introspective gaze into the bitter
exile of their own lost generation. Lyrically captivating, musically discordant, and soulfully haunting, "Witness" is both the crowning achievement
and well worn scar we all long to artistically create. Saying the words that we all wish we could say, in the name of the pain, beauty, and the
hardship of living.

rage forth with a level of aural intensity many never thought possible. In collaboration with EVR (who have released the CD versions of these
reissues) Deathwish are proud to offer both classic albums packaged together in one breathtaking 2XLP Gatefold package. Featuring design from CONVERGE

SWITCHBLADE has been seething and writhing within Sweden's prolific underground music community since 1998. Notably releasing a 10" EP (1999), a split
with CULT OF LUNA (2000), and two crushing albums (2001), all recorded by BREACH mastermind Anders Ekstrom. Their progression was quick. In only a few
years SWITCHBLADE went from wearing their influences on their sleeves to making major waves in a still young sub genre. Shaped equally by their love
of the morose sounds of JOY DIVISION, SWANS, THE MELVINS, NEUROSIS, MOGWAI, etc. Their latest effort is a spectacular 2 song 7"EP featuring Mattias
Friberg from the Swedish Indie Rock band, LOGH. His soulful voice, along with additional guitar contribution, add to the seemingly endless depth which

song "Things Could Get Better". Although there is no album title yet, if this MP3 is any indication of the album in the making, the upcoming release
is going to kill.
