got my own answer...

Craig Silverman - Nope. Played with them once last month. Sounded great, but they were concerned that I wouldn't have enough time to practice with them because of the Blood for Blood practice/tour schedule. Not sure who's playing with them.

Mediocre at best. I didn't feel any energy until I was going to destroy a stupid drunk dude for swinging at my girl. I am hoping tonight is better.

I didn't see much of the openers but what I did see was "eh". I was upstairs getting free beers in the foundation room, much better.

I really just want to see DYS tonight, unless Bosstones really pull out some amazing stuff.

They changed the pacing of too many old songs that I liked.

Thought the same thing, very mediocre. Met up with a friend of mine who has been seeing them for like 20 years said the same thing, very disappointing. Lenny came out and did one song, I think it was from his solo stuff, pretty good.

Not to derail this thread, but has anybody else picked up Lenny's Gang Of One record? Holy shit that is some amazing stuff. I've been a fan of his projects for years now and he just keeps getting better and better. There's only three songs on the seven inch, but it includes a download code for those three plus one other (which is probably the best of the bunch). There's talk that a full length is in the works and I really hope that happens.

I was wondering what Shawn was talking about on the Facebook posts with the WATU comments...I thought it was a radio station..!.Finally seen it spelled out,here...Sheesh...That crap is still popular??? No soul...'might be "nice guys",dunno...But,that kinda stuff,whenever I heard it,just left me cold and "bleh"...If yer gonna check out anything "pop/punk" (and,I use that term loosely),check out my buddy's MEASYRED IN GREY from upstate-ish NY...Maybe I'm biased 'cause they're friends...But,they're HC guys playing melodic punk,and Johnny's lyric's are spot on...I sleep,now...

I went to all 3 nights of Throwdown...ridiculous sets every night. Especially night three. Bronzing the Garbage was a fucking dream for me.

I recorded the DYS set if there's interest. Just audio.
