Deicide : To Hell With God

The guys at Century Media were kind enough to send me this album over and I have to say its fucking amazing. Their last album "To Death Do Us Part" was shit, so this is a huge step up for them and just unrelenting death metal. I cannot wait to see them live on the 25th of Feb. Anyone who likes death metal or ever was a fan of the band needs this record. The guitar work is off the fucking hook. Full review on Action Recon in a few days.

Deicide is still one of my favorite death metal bands. Only a couple of bad albums over the years.

I'm telling you guys if you love Deicide then you are in for a treat with this release. The music is outstanding and Glen's vocals are better then they have been in years. His vocal style is more like their first album then any of the recent ones.

I've never got big into 'em, probably never will, but I got a bit of Deicide on my computer, always had an interest in finding out about them since I saw their album covers in junior high (jesus being dissected), but I like that Glen Benton does not give a fuck, he doesn't seem to be putting on an act for the kids like some of my favorite metal bands (Slayer), he likes to burn inverted crosses into his head & praise satan. Not my thing, to each his own, but I find it completely bad ass & hilarious at the same time & I respect the man for it

dude's crazy.
I heard he was a pretty nice guy overall from a friend who opened for them.
I like the first few discs but haven't heard anything since the one with the Jebus Autopsy inlay.
I'll give it a listen.
I like the roid shootin twins in the band.
