COUPONS

clevohardcore - 1-26-2011 at 10:08 PM

I took 10 coupons that were $1 off for a box of Ronzoni pasta. 1 original and 9 copied. The Giant Eagle we shop at offers to double all coupons up to $1. The store had them on sale from $2.29 a box to 10 boxes for $10. I paid nothing. I walked out with over $24 in pasta and spent no cash. This shit actually happened. :tumble:

Do you actually want the pasta or was it the first coupon you found to try it out lol

you can always use pasta.
plus, it lasts just about forever.
as long as the process didn't take him three hours, he's golden!

Na, the wife ran across the ad and she recently attended a seminar at the local library about how to successfully save with coupons and not waste your time. The day before I got crest toothpaste, 2 jars of kikkoman soy and teryaki sauce and dozen eggs for $4. Normally I would have paid $9.02. Coupons rule.

I just found this website that does the footwork for me (at least for the local chain Shaw's who has doubling) and matches up the sales and coupons and even links to where to print the coups!

I love this! I just had to go buy myself another coupon holder so I have one with fridge/freezer items, the other with all the middle isles.

Can't really do that where I live. Stores have fliers but there aren't any coupons. They just list what's on sale and the prices are automatically adjusted at the checkout No doubles or triples, just what they give you.

You can get coupons on ebay and websites like coupons.com and then apply them to your store sales. Thats when/ how you score deals.

There's a show on some station now about crazy coupon people. One woman had like 3 rooms full of stuff she will never use including 30 years worth of toilet paper.
