An observation and an assumption I'd like to share with you all

It seems that some people have been getting their panties in a bunch a little more often than usual around here. I assume it's because of the ridiculously hot weather we are currently suffering through. (Yes, that is a blanket assumption, even though it's winter where some of you live!) The Thorp Board is supposed to be like you local bar, so please try to remain civil. And remember, we are not currently giving away prizes to the member who pisses the most people off.

Now go watch Patches the horse go for a cheeseburger.

people posting some really idiotic oppinions, or just talking tough.
Im all down for jabing, and maybe some friendly shit talking, but some of this shit is vicous, and im just trying to keep out of it, because i have a big mouth and a bad attitude most of the time!

I had a lot of catchup reading to do here today, and felt like I saw a little more tension and personal attacks than usual. Even though it's my board, and I love posting here, having to deal with drama is too much like work, and I think we all have the same opinion of that (..work AND drama that is)!

I try to be as civil as possible even when I completely disagree with someone. I think that what happens at work can definately be projected onto the board. Work on friday was pretty crappy, so I might have posted "fuck" a few times more than usual. I dunno.

There is a specific temperature, I believe it's about 97 degrees and above, when all the nonsense calms down again. We used to witness it in the ER all the time. People are too hot to even fight anymore... Seems like a good temperature to me.
