i don't follow wrestling, so i have no idea who John Cena is, but i have the utmost respect for anyone who makes the time to visit with literally
hundreds of sick kids through the make a wish foundation.
apparently this guy, the hulkster, Jeff Gordon and Dale Jr. are the only people to have granted over 200 wishes each.

Amazing. Make A Wish has always been and always will be one of the charities that I personally support.
