this week sucks

Card taken by ATM on Sunday.

Went to the bank Monday and found out the card was taken because someone stole my (and many others') info from an ATM and cleared out my account, so my net worth is now -$30 since the bank was nice enough to lend me some money until the fraud is fixed.

Volunteered to help some coworkers yesterday. Busted my ass to get it done quickly and almost kicked the shit out of one of them at work today for complaining that my free work wasn't of the quality that you get from a professional (and a professional in a different field, at that) and just being an all-around disrespectful douche.

Oh, and if you remember that thread where I asked for some advice on Montreal... that's now on hold (i.e. canceled) until the bank fraud issue gets fixed.


Can't wait to see what goes wrong in the next two days.


I know there are plenty of others who have much more serious shit going on and that I should be grateful. I really am appreciative of what I have, but man, this still sucks.

Fucking blows. I've known a few people that had this happen to them. As for the coworker, stick some bananas in the tailpipe of their car, Murphy-style!

Regarding the coworker, this is one of those times I wish I had some crap job that could be replaced easily so that I didn't have to exert some self control. But I guess life is all about sacrifices.
