they are, but $40 is a good price for it. xxl is the biggest size in europe, but they´re not that big i think. thorp has one, maybe he can tell.

Ragewear has them up to 3XL, though I do think Euro XL is smaller than US XL. Shirt is only 25 Euros, but Ragewear charges 20 Euros for international (outside Europe) shipping, so it's probably only worth it if you buy some other stuff, too.

I think the actually remove dye from the shirt in the places the graphic is going and then the discharge ink replaces the dye so it's like the shirt is "printed in" rather than printed on but I might be wrong.

I heard they are REALLY expensive to do!
