Don't know why, but the name popped in my head recently. Assuming I've got the name right, I saw them play on tour in someone's living room about a
decade ago, with mattresses pressed up against the doors to muffle the sound going out and avoid a visit from the police for a noise complaint.
Probably sXe, but I can't guarantee it... but pretty sure the singer was straight-edge but not all the other guys. stateofmind's thread with the KYI
tribute brought this band up for me again. I have some recollection of really liking the band, thinking they were super nice to hang out with, and
felt shitty that I had no cash on hand to buy their 7".
Due to the new societal focus on bullying, it's hard to do any google search related to "schoolyard bully" and find anything relevant.
OK, did a second search before posting. Found a CDep on Surpise Attack that is no longer available. Searched for the band with the CDep name and got
8 hits on google... including a thread here where Jason the Magnificent was selling it via his distro back in 2005.
