I am at work and walking through the ER and one of the TV's had the news on. They said a toddler in China was run over by a truck and no one helped
her. She lay ran over and on floor of a what looks like a market of some sorts. People literally walked around her on video and even looked at her.
Eventually someone picks her up like a heavy piece of clothing. She supposedly ended up dying. WHAT HE FUCK IS GOING ON IN THE WORLD? WHY?

happened a couple days, maybe a week ago. she was run over twice and left lying in the street as dozens of others passed by. this is the middle of
the day, mind you. after something like 15 minutes, someone picked her up and took her to the hospital. i think i read she just passed yesterday or

Baffled me. China is still a wildcard to many people; you can expect anything from there. I don't know if this is something cultural or people there
