Clevo's helicopter post reminded me that the holidays are coming up again, and us Euro Thorp people usually miss out.

Any interest in a 2011 Secret Santa?

How does this usually get organized with addresses and all? I have some vague recollection that BD gets stuck with the effort, but I don't feel OK volunteering him.

If there's enough interest, we can do US and Euro Secret Santas to minimize shipping costs. Sorry, Six66Mike, but I'm sure we can include you if you're interested... you're kind of in the middle of bumfuck for this, but that's no excuse to exclude a fellow Thorp Warrior.

Figured I would wait and see if there was interest from anyone else mentioning it. Pretty busy right now but it really doesn't take much to setup.

I have no problem with shipping international, I know it costs more but it also opens you up to getting some cool foreign items / treats.

If you don't want to ship international let me know and I will do my best to match people up that don't want to ship international with eachother, that way we can ALL play along! This only goes for people in the states since most of the other contries only have 1 or 2 people in them that post here.

I an guessing gift price should be about $10-$15, if you can do more, cool. Less, cool as well. I know with this small group here people's intentions are good and not just trying to scam the system.

I figure if people put "Likes: BEER" it's a clear indicator they want / would like some beer and if not, to skip it. Also, part of the fun is reverse stalking your SS on here. Look thru their posts and see if they mention anything that would make a great gift idea.
