So what's up with the tough mudder? Seems like your kinda thing but you're not responding on the other thread...I'd think Action Recon would be all over this thing.

Hell fuck ya. Missed this post somehow. I love this kind of shit, things that make you pray for death, but when your done made you a better man.

Been on the cross fit shit as of late. Those work outs are pure hell and I can't get enough of them.

The Angie :

100 pull ups
100 push ups (I do 100 body weight bench press, in my case 210lbs because push ups hurt my neck.)
100 squats
100 sit ups.

My time was 13 minutes and 29 seconds. The pain was adorable.

Made up my own cross fit. Called it the Moynihan, after my mother fucking self.

1 mile run
100 pull ups
100 squats
100 body weight bench press
100 shoulder press with 25lbs
100 sit ups
1 mile run.

Best time yet was 34 minutes and 28 seconds. Pain is weakness leaving the body.

Hail the punishment, hail the pain, thanks for this post I will get to this one day.

Cool. I'm pretty sure some of your people are doing it this year. We got 3 Thorp warriors signed up already....what are you waiting for? :flaming:
