The R83 family will be moving to our forever home on May 24th. If all goes accordingly plan, we will close on our current home on May 14th. We are so
pumped for this. It has been insanely stressful keeping a house with dog and two kids clean so some strangers and trot through our house while we are
not here.
Buying and selling a home is a terrible process. We are only moving about 3.5 miles away and we are very fortunate to have been able to find a nice
home to buy in the exact neighborhood we wanted.
Movin on up like George and Weezy.

Thanks G's. We are very very fortunate and have been saving for years now. We go from a 1350 sq ft ranch (plus 800 sq ft finished in basement) to a
2900 square ft 2 story with over sized garage and probably another 1,000 sq ft finished basement.

We also got it for less than they paid for it 6 years ago. One thing that really sets it apart is the master bath. Custom deal with 8 shower heads.

Clevo, you mean Smithville, MO? That is just North of KC on the MO side. I am in STL.
