show was really good last night.
The Revilers were good.
The Enemy Within was real good. It was my first time seeing them and they didnt disapoint.
For The Worse kicked ass! They were supposed to play 4th, but Panzer Bastard were late so they stepped up and went on. Mike McCarthy is a maniac on
stage and the new bass player & new guitar player are awesome. Plus 1 plays a BC Rich Mockingbirt and 1 plays a Rickenbacker!
Panzer Bastrd finall started, but Keith broke a bass string in the 2nd song. He retuned and played the set with 3 strings which is pretty metal.
Unfortunantly because they were late and because of the broken string their set was kind of short. It was awesome though!
Slapshot played for the first time with the new/fill in bass player and they sounded really good. Played some songs they havent played live ever or in
a real long time (Rejected, Gates of Steel, Johnny Was, Transmission). During the bass break of Silence Choke had a kid from the crowd come up and do
the 'Cinnamon Challenge'. His daughter came out with a bottle of cinnamon and a spoon and the kid had to swallow the whole spoonfull (no water) and if
he did he would get a free shirt. Much to everyones surprised the kid did it! He struggled, but he got it down, all though I think he might have gone
outside to throw up after he got his free shirt.
The set was cut short by about 3-4 songs because a girl in the crowd got knocked out. It was a scary moment and the EMTs were called. I heard after
the fact that she probably has a concussion, but is okay besides that. Pretty scary though and I wonder what this will do to the 'moshing ban in
Boston' cause.
So overall a great night. Sold a bunch of merch. Got an awesome PATAC Records shirt, an Enemy Within shirt & CD and got to hang with Keith Bennet,

The Enemy Within is Mike Mahoney the only drummer from Blood for Bloods band. It originally started as a studio project and I think it was him and
Craig Silverman and they got a bunch of different singers to do vocals. I know Ed from the Welch Boys did one song. Now its a full band, but I'm not
sure who the other guys are besides Mike.
FTW is always great. Mike is crazy, but the band is really good and tight! He was throwing folding chairs around and stomping all over the place.
Added to the mayhem was the fact that someone in the crowd dumped a box of superballs and they were bouncing all over and people were throwing them
around.
I think the polo shirts were a special thing that they only did a few of. I dont know if there is a polo shirt for the tour or not, but it wont be

I take back some of the good about the show. So my car was parked in pretty much the safest spot it could have been. 1 spot from the street in teh
parking lot of the community center.
After a night of bands talking about punks, skins, hardcore kids, headbangers and having each others back and the whole crowd agreeing.... Well lets
say that Sunday morning when I got in my car I noticed something on teh back window. I get out to check it out and the letters SHWG are CARVED into
the glass of my back window.
Real fucking cool huh? So all the money I made selling merch + another few hundred bucks (unless I claim it on my insurace) are out the window....

this is bullshit. i hate people doing that. wtf is SHWG? a local crew of teenie assholes?
my ex girl had a similar situation after a b4b/ slapshot show over here. after the concert was disco and some of the visitors threw a bottle of the
front window of her car. we saw it the day after when we wanted to take the car home, so we couldnīt do anything. the insurance paid, that was our
luck.
