That's a good variety for a band to play!

That Springsteen track rules. How on earth do you play Morello's part?

I don't. haha. I am not the lead and even our lead guy does not play it note for note. That being said he nails it pretty close. I learned the first solo that Bruce plays. That's my time to shine before I go back to being the rhythm guitar guy where I belong. haha.

I am trying the access a sued amp to practice at home. What do you use? I sold a bunch of shit and want to get an amp. I am looking at a 2x12 Marshall or Line 6. Hopefully tube, but I need to find one for a good price.

Been practicing

Tom Petty- american girl
GNR- sweet child - not the solo.
ZZ TOP- Lagrange
Lenny Kravitz- Are you gonna go my way, Always on the run, Mr. Cabdriver
Iron Maiden - The trooper
DIO - Rainbow in the dark
Ratt - round and round
SD - story of my life

All without an amp. Haven't completed/practiced them entirely. More like learning the riffs and shit without an amp. When I land and amp I'll go at it more. I thought GNR was going to be a bit more easy, but I was wrong. The Trooper on the other hand seems easier than I thought it would be. Weird. Seriously in need of distortion.

Before you all diss about the Kravitz songs, those guitar riffs never end and are fucking rad.

Not a Kravitz fan, but dude jams on the guitar big time.

I play through a Roland and the other guy has a Marshall.

I play a lot of metal on my own as well. Got my settings all right and just play along with the song loud as hell. That set consists of :

Metallica :
Dyers Eve
Disposable Heroes

Exodus:
A Lesson In Violence
Strike Of The Beast

Slayer:
Dead Skin Mask
Spirit In Black
Postmortem
Angel Of Death
Black Magic
Mandatory Suicide

Iron Maiden :
The Trooper
Aces High

Amon Amarth:
War Of The Gods

Shit is fun and playing stuff like that does more for my guitar playing than anything else ever will.
