thedog - 7-18-2005 at 04:57 AM

just wondering what the best selling thorp release is?

i would guess maybe blood for blood or madball....

Just trying to keep this one on the front page to see if we get any info. I would think the recent Sheer Terror was a top seller.

It could be something you'd never guess.

BLOOD FOR BLOOD

but I expect RAMALLAH and DROWNINGMAN to rival or surpass

vince - 7-19-2005 at 01:31 PM

I expected Conviction

I was under the impression that Madball sells more than Blood for Blood.

CR83 - 7-19-2005 at 03:30 PM

That's great for BFB. Congrats!

Madball was limited as it was only 4 songs. If it was a full length would have been different story

Clearly Andy is mistaken or he isn't counting sales from Luxemborg where Ducky Boys are huge. :)

But seriously.... I think a lot of people in the hardcore scene underestimate the popularity of Blood for Blood. They're sorta like genital warts.... a lot of people have them but you'd never think you're best friend has them when he most certainly does. I don't know where that analogy came from but I think it is somehow appropriate.... just not sure how.

JawnDiablo - 7-20-2005 at 09:14 AM

Now Mark, you have a very good point. It was well thought out too. I mean come on, who doesn't have genital warts. Wait, did I type that? Who said that...........oh God

It should be Striking Distance. Man, that record is so fucking good. Maybe the best Lp of the last 5 years, well until the new THE FIRST STEP record comes out.
