Justin was diagnosed with stage IV stomach cancer last spring. Unfortunately, gastric cancer discovered that far along is terminal; he was given just
three months to live. His battle was a painful one, but he fought for far longer than doctors expected and that afforded him the opportunity to build
some wonderful, lasting memories with his family and friends.
Since Shane called me with the news last March, not a day has passed that my heart hasn't broken for his wife and their two young children. Please
keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Stories like this one hit really close to home for me. Don't know the man, but I know and love the music he made.
