kinda bummed me out reading that, but i'd say that's pretty close to the life cycle of any band without a strong songwriter...

Sad but true for the majority of bands who were "big" enough to have made a name for themselves. I've been jaded as hell for years, but that made me
feel old and even more jaded. Hell, I've never even been in a band and that hit a little close to home.
