There was a top 40 countdown of the most "Wickedly awesome bad metal songs" on VH1 the other day and they put DANZIG 'MOTHER' in the top 20!
The show was hosted by Ricki Rachman & when he said that Danzig was next he said that he put up a fight and it was the producers choice. Scott Ian was
one of the people comenting on the songs and he said that it didnt belong on the list either.
Other bands on the list were: Manowar, Quiet Riot, Grim Reaper, Iron Maiden, Britany Fox, Winger, Motley Crue, Autograph and a bunch more obviously.
They didnt say that the BANDS sucked, it was just about one song for each band.

I personally think most of those bands mentioned had more originality and heart than most of the bullshit being played on the radio these days, posing
as Metal. At least they had the decadance to go along with the music, how can you consider yourself metal / hardcore ( is there a difference
nowadays?) if you cant even feed on dead animals and drink milk, much less a fifth of Jack chased by an eightball and all the teased up trim you could
possibly need.
