First, there was Henry's Film Corner.

NOW...
Henry Rollins, who is currently on a spoken word tour, will soon begin work on The Henry Rollins Show for the Independent Film Channel.

Rollins previously hosted the monthly Henry's Film Corner for the network, and according to this story, the channel was so impressed that they've decided to expand the show significantly.

The show will focus on a wide array of subjects, rather than just film and will include musical guests and guests for discussion. The show will also air weekly and IFC has ordered 20 episodes of the show thus far.

Henry will release his next book on November 6th titled Rommanitarian; the work is divided into three parts, with the first section "Walking the Chasm" written as a poem, the second, titled Ended, a series of short prose pieces. The book ends with an epistolary exchange between Rollins and a caricature of a right-wing icon.

He released the Live from Luna Park DVD last year.

Last I read from him was the "black coffee blues" and "do I come here often" and the other one. I got about 5 of his books.

The Live From Luna Park dvd was hilarious. In one part he talks about his attempts to upstage Iggy Pop and how he failed every time. It's fucking gold.

cummon ...Hank is an amusing fellow...maybe he tasted a few sausages in his life but oh well, from what i read harley from cromags also may have had sex with a few chicken hawks as a young boy....

Why is everyone saying he's gay? I know he talked about being molested and shit when he was young but did he come out of the closet or something recently?

D. i have video of black flag from 1982 and henry has to fight for half the show. and he still pulls off a killer set

If you want an insight into who the real Henry is, check out the Dance of Days. Its about dc punk and hardcore its quite informative but unless your in love with Ian Makaye you might want to skip afew pages but the photos are off the hook and so are the flyers.

i just grabbed see a grown man cry off of amazon.
ive seen the dude live a couple times and saw a spoken word show @ the troc way back when i was younger.
he put on a damn good show every time
at his age though i hope he is keeping his shirt on though....i mean look at that saggy mess danzig..i wish he would cover it up.
he's an honest dude, and black flag was proablt the first punk band i ever listened to back in the 7th grade.
i still like joking on the gay though
so as it stands...great artist.....may have the gay
