PANIC back together....

XHonusWagnerX - 9-21-2005 at 12:28 PM

There goes the reoccuring joke on the B9 board.

PANIC ? BACK TOGETHER AND NEW EP!

At the highly succesfull reunion-show at last years Arnhem Hardcore Meeting, PANIC had so much fun playing together (and hanging out), that the members realised that being in a band that plays pure, fast hardore is what they loved best. They figured that ?fun?is the cornerstone of being in a band after all, and it made Azy, Gibby, Masek, Damian and new drummer Q. decide that with the first two CDep?s on Bridge Nine Records, PANIC, as a band, simply wasn?t finished. As Azy puts it: ?I just want to make clear that we are back out of a desire to SHRED, not because we have some self-important agenda or egos that need feeding...?. The band will record 5 new songs that will be released as a CDep/7? early next year. Yes? We?re UBER-psyched!

Reflection is doing a new GOOD CLEAN FUN record too.

I've never heard Panic. Are they good?

that Good Clean Fun record is coming out on EVR in the states. Ive never actually heard them though.

Panic.... never really heard them either.

Ive heard a little PANIC and didnt really like it. I just know that when ever someone posts OLD news on the B9 board everyone replies "PANIC BROKE UP?" so I guess when they did break up it was big news and everyone posted it a million times or something.

I was thinkin' the exact same thing....I'm still waiting for news of that special double CD from The Trouble that B9 advertised a year or two ago that mysteriously disappeared from their site....

Panic is awesome, they are one of the few "hardcore" albums I held on to when I sold the rest of that bullshit, and they still get regular rotation too. I can't wait for this new album.
