ramallah order not shipped yet

i took Big Duanes advice and called merchnow just to see when it shipped.
the girl from merchnow was very nice, but had no clue what was going on with my order.
she said it looked like my order had not been processed, pulled, or shipped yet.
she said they have been really busy because of the new coheed and cambria album, and that all the internet orders have been backed up.
however i did not order thru the net, i phoned in my order friday afternoon.... she said it should have been done already since i phoned it in.
i think she was gonna try and get it done for me today.

i think everyone else should call and see what they say.

why should ramallah take a back seat to coheed and cambria

I'm still waiting, but I didn't place my order until Monday, which I'm assuming is after everyone else did. I'll call tomorrow if it doesn't arrive.

We've received assurance from our contact at MerchNow that the Coheed and Cambria album, or any other release for that matter, has not affected the shipping of Thorp orders. The reason why thedog's order was delayed was because one of the other items he purchased was out of stock, and the MerchNow manager has contacted him with an explanation. That said, please do let us know once your order arrives.

I haven't got mine yet but that's normal for us Canuckleheads. It always takes longer.
