Shane said everywhere he goes in Richmond, kids are wearing DTN shirts, and in the local record store, there's a whole row of their new release on top of everything else. Richmond has a history of getting behind their bands! (avail)

7 dates in England and 1 in Wales does not a UK tour make.

Nearest date is 150 miles from me.

now is that because the shows are too spread out, or because these locations technically do not constitute "the uk" proper. i'll admit my ignorance - and i even lived in england - i ALWAYS get "britain" and "the uk" confused.

UK is Scotland + England + Wales + Northern Ireland, Britain is only Scotland + England + Wales.

So there's no shows in Scotland and the nearest one to me is Durham in the North of England... i shouldn't complain though, most bands only play maybe 1 or 2 gigs outside of london, so to even get one in Durham is actually pretty good.

ok, so this tour has no shows in scotland... are any of those cities in Wales? or is this an ENGLISH tour?!

Yeah, Cardiff is in Wales, so it's 7 English + 1 Welsh date.

I actually don't blame them for not playing in Scotland 'cause they'd get a turnout of about 10 most likely.
