the new Jello Biafra & the Melvins. So far its awesome. Theres a cover of an old Alice Cooper song and a song about how old punk band reunions suck thats a wicked dig on the Dead Kennedys.

The new Exodus. I bought it because it was $9.99 and the last one was really good. Plus its called 'Shovel Headed Kill Machine' and that just sounds SO METAL! I only listened to a bit of it, but theres a song called DEATHAMPHETAMINE thats almost 9 minutes long thats pretty good.

Tony Hawk American Wasteland soundtrack. Its all new bands doing old songs. Im always a sucker for cover song records so I got it. Its not that great, but Fall Out Boy doing 'Start Today' is kinda cool. From Autum To Ashes does 'Lets Have a War', Thrice does 'Seeing Red & Screaming at a wall', Taking Back Sunday does 'Suburban Home & I Like Food'... I think you get the point.

Yah... I figured I would share that since Im not sure when the last time I bought a CD was.

yah I know... Im just such a sucker and once Im gonna buy one CD I figure fuck it and I buy at least 3. They were all impulse purchases. I really went there to buy the new 'remastered Anthrax greatest hits', but it was $20 and just didnt seem worth it. So I saw the Exodus and Jello/Melvins discs on the same display rack and figured ok.. Ill get them. Then on teh way to the register I saw the Tony Hawk CD and had heard about it and wanted to check it out so I grabbed that too. Oh well... I gotta get my Soulseek working again, thats what I gotta do!

I'd rather have the game then the soundtrack...
mute the tv
original bands playing the songs in the background while I skate like I wish I could with my broke as body
me first and the gimmie gimmies are the best cover band ever

Oh yah.... In addition to the song totally dissing the rest of the Dead Kennedys, theres a new version (live) of California Uber Alles, with some differant lyrics to make it about Govenor Schwartzenager (sp!?)
