The dvd is an official release. Great sound and picture quality. They have another dvd coming out soon that's a documentary on the band. The cd next to it is called "Beer, Smoke, & Live" from P.O.P. records. Ten live songs recorded in England in 1999, as well as a bonus track which is a rerelease of the Monster Mash single from way back when.

Iceman Cometh is black.
Tear It Down came with 1 red and 1 yellow
The B9 7" is indeed black

Nice... the Murphys Law stuff sounds awesome! I'll have to get that DVD and the other DVD you mentioned too. The Live record sounds cool too. I actually have that Monster Mash single from way back. I think it was before "best of times" came out.

thanks for the info on the Slapshot stuff. I've got those so I can relax now! :)

upyerbum - 11-3-2005 at 10:56 AM

Where'd you order that "Iron Cross" CD from? Me want.

Discipline - 11-3-2005 at 01:00 PM

The Iron Cross cd came out on GMM records. The guy I bought the Iron Cross 7" from on ebay gave me the cd with it for free.

upyerbum - 11-3-2005 at 01:59 PM

Cool. I'm gonna check this out. Didn't GMM release the AF/Discipline split? Great fuckin album, by the way.

Voodoobillyman - 11-3-2005 at 02:36 PM

"Didn't GMM release the AF/Discipline split?"

yes indeed they did, as a matter of fact, they have released most of Disciplines material to date as far as I know, which includes Bulldog style and the Skinhead EP. All great albums.

Discipline - 11-3-2005 at 08:12 PM

My copy of the AF/Discipline split is from I Scream. GMM only had distro rights for Nice Boys Finish Last, Love Thy Neighbor, and Saints & Sinners. Bulldog Style and the Skinhead ep were never released domestically here. They were only released in Europe and I had to my copies from there.

RomanticViolence - 11-3-2005 at 11:10 PM

I haven't forgotten about you disicpline (it's been crazy here).. i'll put your stuff in the mail by this saturday. :)

No worries, no hurry!

Voodoobillyman - 11-4-2005 at 01:14 PM

"My copy of the AF/Discipline split is from I Scream"
My mistake, I took another look and you right, it's I scream. But I did get both Bulldog style and the Skinhead EP domestically, not sure if it's GMM though. I stand corrected.

No worries. That's the info I got from the band. They were the ones who told me where I could order the older stuff.

Voodoobillyman - 11-4-2005 at 05:30 PM

I found them in an independant record store in Newport news Virginia, but have net seen them restocked since, so maybe they were imports as well? Either way, Skinhead EP is the best shit I have heard from them, hard as nails.

Discipline - 11-4-2005 at 06:30 PM

I gotta go with Nice Boys.... Love that album, start to finish.

Voodoobillyman - 11-5-2005 at 08:09 PM

I think the cover art for Nice boys is the best!!!!!!!! Cool ass photo:cool:
