wait until you hear the whole album. I wasn't too stoked on the past few slapshot releases, but i got into 'tear it down' immediately. ...with the HUGE exception of track 5, entitled Fuck New York. me thinks that might not go over well with some people.

tireironsaint - 11-13-2004 at 05:30 AM

Ha, leave it to Choke to bring back the old rivalry. I can't fuckin' wait for this record. I really like Digital Warfare and Greatest Hits... was miles better than I thought it would be when I heard they were going to re-record so many old classics, I was shocked to find that I actually like some of the new versions better than the originals. Those two records have really been a return to form for Slapshot and after hearing the new mp3, it looks like they've done it again.

Well, that's not my decision. Besides, the last few were definitely good, but I'm an old guy, and am just really used to the earlier releases. Besides, it's Slapshot they rule! (Despite what I think of "Fuck New York".)

Yeah, the FNY is pretty funny. As usual, most people won't "get it".

well their last albums were not mindblowing (just a personal taste), but this track is very promising.

no comments about the Fuck NY track cuz I might upset too many people

moron - 11-15-2004 at 09:38 PM
