Here is an overview of two eating plans. One is the Abs Diet from Men's Health. The other is from a Nutrition class I took. The Nutrition Class
Info is more like weight watchers.
Page one is a way to have balanced meals and proper portion control
Page 2 is a Weekly Meal Sheet- WRITE EVERYTHIN DOWN THAT YOU EAT. You will be amazed.
