Dude, my wife is a Rachel Ray freak (30 minute meals) and she has a whole book on low calorie recipes that rock seriously. I have been lovin the food
and not feeling guilty at all, check her out. I have the full Rachel Ray library and watch the show with my wife daily, it's real good for anyone
looking for recipe ideas.
