I have been doing the Abs Diet Circuit Training Program. I just came across a new Ab Exercise that I"m going to try today. It will supposedly hit
your entire core. Check it Bleeds:
Start with your back on a swiss ball, knees bent at 90 degrees and hands behind your head like a typical crunch or sit up. Lift your left leg off of
the ground and bring your knee towards your head. All the while doing a "crunch" in order to touch your right elbow to your left knee. This is one
rep. Try 12 per side.

I've tried this several times. It is next to impossible. I will conquer this fucking move though.
