Just read in Men's Fitness on page 70. 66% of Americans are overweight. Now technically I am overweight. I'm 5 foot 10 and 181. My ideal weight is
171. I would be so thin.
I guess I'm not surprised that we are in such shape. At least there are those of us in this forum making a change.
