I'm starving

Discipline - 1-29-2006 at 02:00 AM

Since I've started this weight loss thing, I've really been watching what I eat and how much I eat. I've really cut back, and I'm starving all the time. Really annoying.

same, especially during the week. don't know why.
fortuantely, i'm really busy with work, and that helps. and like i've said, i'm drinking a ton of water.

How often are you guys eating. If you can time it out to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours with protein every meal or snack, that can help.

Can you post up what you have been eating and when?

If I eat that often I'm gonna fall back into my habits. I'm just trying to stick with the basic three meals a day and the occasional light snack.

i've been keeping track of my water consumption, so i think i will start logging meals as well.

Discipline, I can fully understand what you are referring to.

Have you tried the eat three meals and 2 sancks every 2.5 to 3 hours?

try eating a sensible breakfast (Whole Wheat Eng Muffin with one egg and low fat cheese with a glass of milk) then 20 almonds and an apple 2.5 hours later have lunch (turkey sandwich on whole wheat with Mustard and low fat cheese wth carrots or a salad) then 2..5 hours later have another apple with natural peanut butter or yogurt and more almonds and some fruit then 2.5 hours later have dinner- grilled or baked chicken and brown rice with a salad. Then 2.5 hours later turkey slices or another whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter.

This way you get protein at every meal/snack and your metabolism is working all day and you don't get as hungry.

Just some things that have worked for me. It takes planning but once you get up and running it is second nature.

Good luck Bud you are doing great.
