Do many of you watch the show? There are two trainers. One is Jillian (sp?) and the other is Bob. I beleive both of them to be gay. No big deal.
Bob is the more supportive trainer. He relies on himself really caring for these people and throwing encouragment their way.
Jillian on the other hand tries to be a bad ass. She doesn't take shit and you will complete the exercises wheather you want to or not.
Both are effective but which would you respond better to.

I woudl respond better to Bob I think, but I do think that Jillian has a knack for what she does.

never seen the show. but i know i would not respond well to the bad ass chick.
