Im bummin... no loss again. No gain... but no loss! *sigh. I know Im not doing all I can do but Im not 100% motivated. I think its the weather and
some of my depression issues. It sucks.
So... once again I was 215 and I am currently 209.
Anyone had more success than that this week? I hope so!

I don't know what it is (well I sort of do). I'm up 1 pound to 184. I've added 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I have hit the wieghts and added some
more protein but I ate like shit from Friday night to Saturday evening.
I need to get an eating/supplement schedule together to recommit. Let me know if you guys want to see it.
Honus- stick with it Man, and stay positive. I will commit to losiging 2 pounds this week. This is a promise to you. The only changes is 1 less day
of weights and a better diet for me.
Are you exercising at all? let me know what you are doing to be active Bud. You can do it.

i made up for last weeks bump up... now down to 279 from an original 290.
just rounding the corner to the next-lower group of "tens" is inspiring.
275 would have me back to pre-holiday weight, which is my first mini-goal. 250 is my first main goal, then we'll take it from there.

Gained 1 pound. A bit of a disappointment seeing as how the last three weeks have been. At least it's only 1 and not 10.

I finally dropped one more to 201, cant wait to be in the 190s again.
