The actual BFB skull is copy written and its THEIR logo, but they did take the skull because it was a standard Jolly Roger design and then they altered it a bit and added the tear.

Ensign probably just found the original skull.

These were from a euro tour and they were SO BAD! They were made out of ULTRA SHINEY VINYL and they were REALLY gay!!

Retail value about $5.00

Ebay value about $60

I kept 75% of the profit.
