So I ordered a new pair of headphones from Amazon and they sent me someone elses order. Two books about Welsh Quilting.

boy did I fucking lose on this deal. I was so angry all I could do was laugh, and to make it funnier... when I went to Amazon.com to see how to return it they actually say "Received the wrong item? a) return it b) SELL IT" WTF? Either way they make money on the deal. I have to pay money to have the item shipped back to them, OR they make money off of me selling the thing through their website.


I just want my headphones.

Thats so wrong that it seems like you could fight it. They fucked up NOT you, you shouldnt have to pay anything! Sometimes you can try packing it back up really careful so it looks unopened and you can just send it RETURN TO SENDER which is free.

yeah, you can definitely get out of paying the return shipping. call 'em up, and immediately ask to talk to a manager.

Thats usually the only way to get anywhere when you have a problem. Customer service sucks!

i just purchased a used DVD on there, and it arrived cracked. I submitted a complaint, and am getting refunded. I just have to send it back to the seller. and get this, they even sent me an email saying they understand that it costs $$ to ship it back so they gave me a $5 coupon code for my next Amazon purchase....I can't complain....

Well, I just got an email that my package with my headphones is "undeliverable" and was put back in their stock room. Then another email says that they gave me a refund. WTF? I just want my fucking headphones!!!
